Why we're doing this

Great people and good local businesses shouldn't struggle to find each other.

Too many talented people across the Midlands are open to work but invisible to the businesses on their doorstep. And too many small business owners are drowning in CVs, or paying agencies fees they can barely afford, when the right person was nearby all along.

Recruit Rocket is hiring software built for small businesses. It scores every applicant so an owner isn't sifting through hundreds of CVs. The Midlands Hub adds a local talent network on top: a growing pool of people in the region who've told us they're ready to work.

Build a strong ad and job descriptionWe take you through a structured process to build an advert and a job description that get the attention of serious, suitable people rather than everybody with a CV to hand.

Post it wherever you likeJob boards, social media, your own website, or the local Facebook group. Recruit Rocket gives you one place for everything to land, and at the same time we check the talent pool and tell you how many suitable people are already registered nearby.

Every applicant is scoredAgainst your criteria, not a generic AI template. You get a ranked shortlist instead of an inbox full of PDFs.
